2,500+
engaged in weekly worship.
In 1997, a vision was drawn for this church: a campus that would become a spiritual home for thousands across the West Side of Evansville, Posey County, and USI. Vision 2035 is how we finish what we started.
By 2035, we expect to see:
Where we're going.
By December 2035, The Turning Pointe will regularly welcome 850+ people per service, across two Sunday morning services and a Thursday evening service aimed at USI students and young adults. That's 2,500+ people in worship every single week.
We're not setting out to be a mega-church. This isn't about numbers. We're doing this because our ministry area is home to more than 85,000 people, and most of them don't have a thriving church home. The opportunity in front of us is extraordinary, and the need is great.

"Reaching 2,500 people weekly represents roughly 3% of our total ministry area. Thriving regional churches in similar markets often reach 4-8%. The vision is bold, but it is entirely realistic.

Three communities. One church.
Phase I of this vision, established over 30 years ago, was built on faith. So is everything that comes next, and we'd love for you to be a part of it.
